Hi, I'm Chrissy. I am a career coach who has been there when it comes to career disappointment. I landed my dream job after graduate school, which was unfortunately also my first toxic work environment. I was overworked, underpaid, yelled at constantly. It was all so confusing - I loved the work I was doing…why couldn’t I just be a team player and get past everything else? As problems advanced, the rest of my life fell away. I never worked out. I gained weight. Simple things like reading a magazine became a luxury. I had no time for my husband. Date night? Hah! Who has time? Yet, I could not look away from my work email for fear of missing an assignment. I lost all confidence in my ability to do my job well, despite being a highly competent, effective, and influential professional. Once I finally prioritized myself, I was able to begin setting healthy professional boundaries, and be my authentic self at both work and home. I want this group to help you do the same.

Dr. Alyssa Adams

Hi, I’m Alyssa. I’m a personal and executive coach and a clinical psychologist. In my personal coaching practice, I specialize in helping high achieving women with big emotions create relationships of joy, ease, and purpose. Big feelings = experiencing emotions deeply and intensely! I help successful women create the relationships and lives they want with the same passion, diligence, and no-bullshit attitude they use in their professional world. In my executive coaching practice, I support leaders in improving their interpersonal relationships in the workplace and at home, increasing their emotional intelligence, and managing their inner critic. In a nutshell, there’s something you want - you don’t have it yet — and we create the roadmap to get there and address any bumps along the way. I help organizations improve teamwork by promoting positive interpersonal relationships. I’ve worked in intensely stressful job situations, and I needed a wake-up call to realize how much it was affecting me!
